Sebastian Aleksander brings over two decades of experience navigating Florida’s political and regulatory landscape, guiding clients in highly regulated industries with precision, strategy, and measurable results. Operating from West Palm Beach and Tallahassee, he has earned a reputation for integrity, accuracy, and an unwavering commitment to client success.
A trusted government affairs advisor and political strategist, Sebastian has championed the interests of Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and local governments in sectors ranging from telecommunications, healthcare, and energy to manufacturing, technology, and gaming. While Florida remains his primary arena, his portfolio also includes federal advocacy in Washington, D.C., and select EU engagements, where his multilingual background supports navigating complex political and cultural dynamics.
Sebastian’s career began in the Florida Senate Majority Office, where he gained a front-row view of the legislative process. He went on to serve as Chief Legislative Aide in the Florida House of Representatives before becoming Political Director to then–House Majority Leader and Speaker Designate Marco Rubio, advising on policy, strategy, and communications during a pivotal period in Florida politics.
