Sebastian Aleksander, Sr. is a seasoned expert in regulated industries and market entry strategies with over 20 years in Florida's political landscape. He has served as a board director and worked with industry leaders to shape messaging and committee finance strategies for top Republican candidates, including Senator Marco Rubio, Senator Rick Scott, and State Senator Manny Diaz.

He began his career as an intern at the Florida Senate Majority Office, later serving as Chief Legislative Aide to Representative Adam Hasner and Special Assistant to House Majority Leader Marco Rubio before transitioning to the private sector to focus on hurricane disaster relief and FEMA's statewide recovery efforts.

After completing graduate studies, he founded his governmental affairs company and expanded his practice amid Florida's influx of non-traditional investments. As multinational enterprises grew in the state, he specialized in establishing South Florida as a hub for EU-based companies entering Latin America, while guiding legislative initiatives on internet regulations, online safety, privacy, tax policy, preemption, censorship prevention, and funding special rescue operations.

His international work includes facilitating market expansion for security contractors into European markets, forging partnerships to overcome regulatory challenges, and supporting emergency management on humanitarian relief missions in Haiti. The Aleksander Group has been recognized by Florida State University and the Jim Moran Center for Global Entrepreneurship as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative U.S.-based businesses owned by FSU alumni.

Sebastian holds undergraduate degrees in Management and Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.
